The initial screening and the first hiring manager interview in Atlanta were great, super smooth and quick. I was kept in the loop the whole time by my recruiter. But then, the interview with the local hiring manager in APAC went south. He rescheduled on the day itself via email, and then I didn't hear back even after following up. My recruiter had to step in to reschedule again. On the new interview day, he showed up 15 minutes late, no apology, and didn't even mention the previous reschedule. During the interview, he was quite arrogant and kept cutting me off. It was a really disappointing experience, a total contrast to the beginning and what I'd read on Glassdoor. Maybe the Salesloft culture isn't the same in the APAC office. I didn't get to the next round, and honestly, I'm kind of relieved. I really like Salesloft's culture and believe in their product, so I hope others don't have the same experience.

It was a long interview process. I wasn't chosen because my background wasn't relevant to their field, which they figured out right after the first phone screening. The manager I talked to was late, which rushed me through another resume review. If you have a long process, don't have senior management re-ask for info everyone already knows. The last call was awkward, and the interviewer didn't do a good job selling the company.

This was one of the best interview processes I've been through, super thorough and detailed. Each step really made me appreciate the effort to ensure it's a good fit for both me and the company. The process involved meeting over 7 team members, which gave me a great feel for the culture, daily tasks, how different teams work together, and a deep understanding of the role. Everyone I spoke with took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel really welcome and comfortable. It started with a phone screen, then a 1:1 with the manager, followed by peer interviews. The final rounds included a mock presentation and a Top Grade interview. My advice: prepare well, know the company's values, and do your research. The whole thing took about 4 weeks.
