Behavioral Presentation Case

It was a 5 step process: first a 30 minute intro with talent acquisition, then an assessment/behavioral test, followed by a 30 minute call with the hiring manager. Then there was a 60 minute presentation which was a top grade sales role play, and finally a 60 minute call with executive leadership. The interview process was overall well run. TA was communicative at first and updates were timely. Later in the process there was more radio silence, but it wasn't too bad.

Behavioral Presentation Other

It was super organized and I felt like I knew what was coming. The recruiter was great, they helped me figure out the next steps and told me what to expect so I could get ready. Just remember, they're on your side! The process included: a chat with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, a fake discovery call, and a final top grade interview.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • They really want to know what questions YOU have about the role and the company, etc. This is a really good time to show your research, your level of interest & let them know how your mind thinks.
  • Some behavioral style questions.

Behavioral Technical

It was a phone call, no video. The interviewer was late for our 30 min chat. We didn't do intros and she immediately asked about my past experience. She asked general questions like 'tell me about your AE experience' but really wanted numbers like ACV, avg deal cycle, and wins/yr, without understanding my company or market. She was impatient and didn't let me ask questions. The AE role was described as 80% prospecting, which sounds more like an SDR job. This made me hesitate about moving forward, and honestly, it didn't seem like a good fit for either of us. Because of the interview experience, I don't want to apply for other jobs there.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell me about your experience at company X or in your role Y?
  • What percentage of your week is dedicated to outbounding?
  • What is the volume of outbounding emails you send weekly?
