Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved a phone screening with HR, followed by a virtual interview with the director. Then there was a virtual panel interview with the team, and finally an in-person final round, which felt a bit much. They ask questions about your experience/resume, behavioral, and technical scenarios. It took 3 months from applying to get the offer, and HR was quite slow and not very helpful.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process included a phone interview and a virtual interview. The phone interview was with the recruiter, covering general topics like your expectations for the role and a review of your resume. The virtual interview was more challenging, split into three parts: motivation, behavioral, and technical questions, with the technical section being the most critical. The entire interview lasted about an hour, ending with time for your questions.

Applied online, completed an online test, and was then shortlisted for an interview. The whole process was very disappointing and the job description was very misleading. The job spec itself came across as though they wanted to hire a manual QA, it only listed what the job entailed rather than skills required. On paper I literally had all of the tasks required for the role. At the interview they asked no questions related to the job description and all questions were outside of this. This was extremely misleading and the interview was a waste of my time. They clearly don't know what they want and kept saying oh we have this interview pack which they clearly could not follow very well. I have requested feedback so will see if I receive anything.

Behavioral Case

The process started off well, communication was quick, and the initial recruitment contact was friendly and professional. The interview itself was formal and focused on scenario-based questions. I was told that a decision would be made the same day once all interviews were completed. However, after three weeks and two follow-ups, I finally received a brief email stating that another candidate had been selected, with no feedback provided. I requested feedback, but once again received no response. It’s disappointing, especially considering the time and effort candidates invest in preparing for and attending interviews, and the high regard many people have for Rolls Royce. Unfortunately, the recruitment agency’s lack of communication reflects poorly on the company, as timely and transparent communication goes a long way even when the outcome isn’t favourable.
