I had two interviews, first a general fit interview with an engineer, then a presentation to a senior manager. Both interviews were online, and some parts were in breakout rooms with other people interviewing.

The interview process involved writing 3 short essays (around 300 words each) to answer 3 questions. This was followed by an online personality test, a logical thinking test, and a text response test. Next, there was an assessment center stage where a presentation needed to be prepared and questions about it answered. Then, there was an hour-long interview where the questions were provided in advance to allow for preparation. Finally, a task involved presenting an opinion on a decision based on provided documents.
