So they hit me with a bunch of behavioral questions, you know, asking about specific things from my resume and stuff. It was a two-part interview process. First, a phone call, then another interview with some of the engineers who work there currently.

I had a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter, which was all behavioral. Then, a final 1 hour interview with two managers, also completely behavioral. It felt very HR-focused; they asked me to use the STAR method for my answers and didn't seem very enthusiastic.
