So first there was this phone call from Reply HR, but it wasn't really an interview, more like they asked questions to figure out which jobs might be a good fit for you. Then there was a take-home code assessment where you had to build an API with unit tests. After that, there was a technical interview. They seemed nice and professional though.

Confirmed questions8 questions

The selection process was split into three distinct stages. First, there was an initial phone call with HR to get acquainted and check if I was a good general fit for the position. Next, I had a more in-depth interview with HR focusing on my motivations and career history. Lastly, I interviewed with the Director and a Senior to discuss soft skills and my view of the role, with no specific technical details involved.

I applied for the IT PM position at Open Reply, and HR contacted me for an initial phone call. After a good conversation, they asked for my university grades. This was a strange question, as I have over 8 years of experience and have never been asked this, even when I was entry-level. I provided my grades and explained that I was already working as a developer while studying, which usually shows drive and responsibility. After that, the call ended with them saying the project manager would contact me, but then there was ghosting. I even tried reaching out via social media, but got no response.

First, there's an introductory call with HR. After that, your profile is added to Reply's database, and any company interested can view it and reach out. Usually, individual companies then have an introductory meeting with a Consultant or Senior Consultant, followed by a more technical interview with a Manager or Technical Leader. The experience can differ depending on the company, but overall it's a good one.

  • Interviews with individual companies: depends on the company.
