I was contacted by an external HR, followed by a technical interview with the BU Manager. Finally, I received feedback from the internal HR team, to whom my CV was forwarded later. Despite the manager's positive feedback, the internal HR blocked the application because I do not have a STEM degree.

They also mentioned the possibility of switching teams. The approach is hybrid: initial shadowing for about three to four weeks, plus company meetings.

This interview was terrible and so unprofessional. They advertised themselves as an international, multicultural, and diverse company, but then insisted I speak German throughout the interview, even though my CV states I have B1-B2 German, not native fluency. I explained I was more comfortable in English, but they refused and made me feel very uncomfortable for over an hour, repeatedly asking questions. If my German wasn't good enough, they should have ended the interview. They also asked about my work permit status and whether I planned to stay in Germany, which felt intrusive given it was for a full-time job in Munich. They also questioned my ability to adapt to German work culture.
