First I had a phone call where they asked me general questions and about my background. After that, they invited me to an in-person assessment center. The assessment center had group presentations and then 3 interviews. One of those interviews was technical, and the other two were behavioral and leadership focused.

Second call with a Consulting Partner from Reply, who mostly talked. No real technical assessment, very few personal questions. Finally, they communicated that they postponed hiring to the second half of the year, contrary to expectations.
