Informal chat, focusing a lot on my undergraduate experience, with a very detailed description of the hypothetical career path I would undertake. There were basically 2 (+1) interviews. The first was with HR from the holding company, and the second was with various company partners. Not all of them require a technical interview.

They have a friendly call and then a technical one with SQL and Java/Python questions (depends on the language they use). Questions are not uncomfortable, pretty basic and they didn't ask for code. In the first call, they ask you to summarize your university path and the projects you've done, then move on to the technical part.

The academic and professional background was discussed. They asked about my career ambitions and desired role to see if I was a good fit. We talked about frameworks I know, and my willingness to travel for work and relocate. The final stage with HR was left pending for months, despite emails and an offer.
