The initial phase involved a chat with a really nice and professional recruiter. It felt pretty personal and wasn't very technical, mostly about getting to know each other. They gave a good overview of the company, and I found REPLY's structure interesting – lots of specialized firms but everyone working together in one office, promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration. The second part focused on my background, career path, and motivations. It was more of a relaxed chat than a formal interview, which I appreciated, feeling valued. Afterward, my application went to the relevant department for an interview with the team or team lead.

The recruiter was super nice and helpful, but I wish they had been clearer about the job requirements from the start. The interview began okay, but I got rejected because expectations that weren't clear until the very end surfaced. It felt like there wasn't great communication between the interviewers; some seemed unprepared, and one interview finished way early because they ran out of things to ask. My advice for others is to really push for details on what the job entails early on, as the internal communication seemed a bit messy.
