The interview was okay but they never got back to me even though they said they would give me an update regardless of the outcome. Before the interview, you have to put all your personal data into their portal so they can then direct your application to the company that needs it most.

They reached out and we had an introductory interview that lasted about an hour. We talked about my academic background from Politecnico di Torino, the projects I've worked on recently, and the skills I'm developing in VR and immersive tech. We also discussed my interest in Unreal Engine and why I want to work in the XR field, and how I could grow within the team. The interview was very open, focused on my potential, how I approach interdisciplinary projects, and what role I could fill based on the studio's needs. We also touched on internship organization and mutual expectations. Overall, it was a very positive conversation.
