It was a mainly introductory meeting, they skip technical interviews if you are a recent graduate with good grades. After a presentation of their contract types, based on the universities attended and the degree grade, they open your profile for the companies that collaborate with Reply and then you are contacted for various positions based on your profile.

First contact with the Unit Manager, and we set up an interview with two other seniors. About 1 hour of presentation about what they do, about how they are expanding with many hires, and then about my university path with details on various projects completed. The interview went well, and I was contacted again, asking me to prioritize them so that the selection process could continue with human resources, who were supposed to conduct the aptitude interview and subsequent hiring. I waited for a callback and in the meantime started looking for a place in Turin given the reassurances (my mistake), about ten days later, not having received any calls yet, I contacted the manager again for updates and, unaware (?), after an internal check that lasted another week, I was informed that due to budget problems, human resources had blocked the application. Bad blow and 3 weeks lost.

First, there was an initial informal chat with a general Reply HR to get to know my background, especially my past projects. They also asked about my future outlook. After being profiled, I was contacted by different companies for technical interviews based on their focus. Finally, if my offer was accepted, there was a final administrative HR meeting. The technical interview was quite manageable, with straightforward questions, particularly regarding Cloud.
