Technical Recruiter
I had a great experience interviewing with Randstad. The whole process was smooth, professional, and very well organized from start to finish. The recruiter was clear, responsive, and took the time to explain each step, which made everything feel comfortable and easy to follow. I really appreciated the consistent communication and the level of respect shown for my time. I was kept informed throughout the process, and nothing felt rushed or confusing. Overall, Randstad made a strong and positive impression on me, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new job opportunities or career guidance.

Account Executive
The interviewer was great – they really knew their stuff and were upfront about what they were looking for. It felt pretty relaxed, which made it easy to have a good chat and ask questions. They laid out the job duties and what it takes to do well. It was also clear how the role fits into the bigger picture and what opportunities there are for growth.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in a sales role and how your past experiences have prepared you for it?
Staffing Business Development
I went through a phone screen and then had 3 more interviews, which included a working in-person interview. The recruiter and director told me they had an immediate local need and that the last interview was just a formality before an offer was coming. However, they misled me and ended up hiring someone else they already had in mind. It felt like they used me to evaluate another candidate and never intended to hire me, especially given my healthcare background.
- Can you describe your sales strategies in detail?
- How would you approach overcoming various scenarios presented during role plays?
- Tell me about your sales strategies and how you implement them.
PhD Student
So I applied online for this Legal Intern gig, and HR hit me up in like a week to set up a phone interview. It was pretty basic, mostly about my legal background and what I'm aiming for career-wise. Then, about a week after that, they had me come in for an in-person at their office. It felt pretty chill, and the folks I met seemed ready to go. I had two chats, one with a senior lawyer and then a partner. They were pretty conversational, mixing in some technical and behavioral stuff. They seemed really into my legal research, drafting, and case prep experience. The questions were tough but fair. They asked about how I do legal writing and deal with stress. I got to ask them stuff too, about the firm's vibe and what the future might look like, which was cool for getting a feel for the place.
- Could you tell me about your salary expectations?
