The interviewer was great – they really knew their stuff and were upfront about what they were looking for. It felt pretty relaxed, which made it easy to have a good chat and ask questions. They laid out the job duties and what it takes to do well. It was also clear how the role fits into the bigger picture and what opportunities there are for growth.

Applied online and got a call back like 30 minutes later. Interviewed 4 days after. The interview was super chill. They asked the typical questions you'd expect. Nothing too crazy. Met with 2 people. Everyone was super nice and personable. My experience with Randstad was really good overall.

They are not afraid to waste your time. They thought they wanted me but didn't know where to place me. I interviewed for multiple teams and positions, and took IQ and personality tests, which I aced. I was told that the offer was basically a done deal and would be out to me soon. After a week of not hearing anything, I asked about it only to find they gave it to a referral they got that they met with once. I had been brought in for 5 interview stages at this point. It was a very frustrating experience and left me with a negative view of the company. If they don't value your time in the interview process, what are the odds they will once you have the job?
