The online application can be a bit much, so I'd suggest calling to check in after you submit it. Having a personal connection there seems super helpful. Staying on their radar really aids in finding employment. The interview part was pretty straightforward. You go into the office to finish the paperwork. They seemed to rely on your resume to see if you'd be a good fit, so if you're targeting a specific role, make sure your resume highlights keywords from the job description. Sometimes specific companies reach out for interviews, and those tend to follow usual interview styles, from what I've seen. The whole interview and hiring process varies a lot depending on the jobs they're trying to fill, and they have a massive range of jobs.

The hiring process started with a phone chat with a recruiter to go over my background, like my work history, skills, and education. We also chatted about what kind of role I was looking for and if it matched anything they had. After that, I had an in-person meeting with two recruiters. They went through my experience again and told me about job openings they thought I'd be a good fit for.

Had to meet with the person I spoke to on the phone, but she was busy when we were supposed to meet, so I had to wait at a table. When she finally met with me, she gave me paperwork to fill out asking for names and numbers of people I used to work with, because they were going to call them right then. Then she reviewed my resume and my test results showing my skills in Microsoft Office and common sense.
