Analyst
I went through three interview rounds. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, I was invited to the Atlanta HQ for three separate interviews with team members and managers. The final round was with the director of the department, also at the Atlanta HQ. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. Lots of behavioral questions were asked. Unfortunately, after the final round, I never heard back from the recruiter. I waited a week and found out I was rejected via the candidate homepage.

Project Manager
I started with a pre-screen phone interview with talent acquisitions. After that, I got an email with the interview time and date. The next stage was a panel interview with the hiring manager and a potential teammate. I felt I did well in the interview, but unfortunately, they decided to hire an internal candidate instead.
- Which animal would you be?
- Describe your daily organizational methods.
Manager
The interview process was shorter than most, with a recruiter phone screen, then a panel with a Sr Manager and Manager, and finally the Executive Director. Applied in Feb, screening and panel in March, final in early April. No feedback after the final, ghosted. I understand they picked someone else, but the lack of communication is frustrating. As a 'bonus', after each round, you get a pizza code. I'll use competitors from now on.
- What were the standard situational and technical questions asked?
- Both interview rounds focused more on the technical aspects.
- Were they looking for a leader in the role, or a wrench turner?
Sales Associate
I had an easy time with the application. First, I spoke with the store manager. Then, I had a second interview that included a drug test and filling out onboarding paperwork. We talked about the company policies, the job descriptions, and what a typical day looks like. They also went over the medical benefits and 401k. I even got to do some safety training and lottery training.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer and what you did.
- Can we go over the job description and company policies again?
- What do you expect a typical day in this role to be like?
