This place does like 3-4 interviews which is wild, after the 2nd you should know who you want. Not telling candidates about a 3rd interview is crazy. We aren't hiring for the CIA. They also sent the wrong times for my 2nd interview in Teams, so I had to rush home from work. My recruiter said the last person they hired had no communication skills and was let go, maybe they hired another one like that.

The interview lasted about an hour and was conducted by someone from HR and a technical contact from the department. I started by introducing myself and explaining my academic background, my previous practical experience (like at Mercedes), and why I'm specifically interested in Porsche. Then, they asked me about my past projects, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge. We also discussed my availability, the mandatory internship requirement, and possible job areas. Finally, I got to ask my own questions, especially about team structure, responsibilities, and career development opportunities.

You'll speak with the folks on the Corporate Finance team (like Controllers, Finance Leads, maybe Treasury, IFRS specialists, etc.). This part might include a finance case or a case study. For example, you might have to analyze a business plan, do a valuation, work on budget planning, do scenario analysis, or make a forecast. They'll also ask about your past projects that had a financial angle: think controlling, reporting, planning, forecasts, balance sheets, cash flow, etc. You might also get some technical questions, depending on what's in the job description (e.g., Excel, BI tools, SAP, etc.).

Application submitted online via the Porsche careers portal. Received interview invitation about 3 weeks after applying. It was a video interview with someone from the relevant department, lasting about 45 minutes. We both introduced ourselves briefly. Then, they asked about my resume, focusing on my practical experience and studies. There were also technical questions about logistics, like material flow, packaging planning, and in-plant processes. They also asked situational questions, such as how I would deal with delivery delays. Finally, they asked about my motivation for Porsche and my interest in logistics planning.
