Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Porsche.
Marketing
The interview was very nice and relaxed, with several team members on the call. We started with some small talk, then the team members introduced themselves and talked a bit about the department. Afterward, they asked me to talk about myself.
- Tell us about your background.
- How would you better market this offer?
- Which Porsche would you like to drive?
Marketing
It was a chatty & friendly interview, but you still need to be professional. This was an assessment centre interview, and the day was very long. You weren't given any idea of what you'd have to do before the day. My day consisted of a group exercise, an interview, 2 tasks related to the job role, and a presentation that you had 30 mins to make on the day and then present as the last activity.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- How would you describe yourself in three words?
- What makes you want to pursue a career in marketing?
Marketing
It was very long but at least they provided travel expenses, which is great for people who don't have much money. But in the end, I didn't get the job, so it was all for nothing.
- What are your strengths?
