Very opaque application process. After the first conversation, I received no further feedback. Neither confirmation nor rejection. This unfortunately casts a very bad light on Porsche AG. The conversation did not take place with all announced discussion partners.

They started with a resume review and asked me questions about mechanical engineering and how some vehicle parts function. They also asked standard questions about the company and why I want to work for Porsche.

Behavioral Technical Coding

This interview experience was awful. They played mind games the whole time and really tried to make me feel unintelligent. I get that some personality questions can be weird, but they kept asking them repeatedly, and I wasn't even sure what job I was interviewing for anymore. I don't know if they thought I didn't fit from the start, but HR needs to do a better job matching people to roles. It was definitely a learning experience; now if I get laughed at in an interview, I know to just leave. You'd think a job managing fires and workflows would be more straightforward, but they wanted to see if I was as manipulative as they are. That's not for me.
