The interview lasted about an hour and was conducted by someone from HR and a technical contact from the department. I started by introducing myself and explaining my academic background, my previous practical experience (like at Mercedes), and why I'm specifically interested in Porsche. Then, they asked me about my past projects, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge. We also discussed my availability, the mandatory internship requirement, and possible job areas. Finally, I got to ask my own questions, especially about team structure, responsibilities, and career development opportunities.
