Behavioral

After applying, I was contacted in 4 days to come in for an interview. I had to fill out a paper application first and then went upstairs to interview privately with the office manager. It was a very conversational interview, not question or STAR focused, we just talked about hours and experience. They want to see that you’re friendly and can hold a conversation well, and also if you adapt to technology like Excel.

Behavioral Technical

First, an HR person called me and did a phone interview. Then I had an in-person interview with the dealership manager, which went smoothly and professionally. After that, I met the receptionist and was introduced like I’d be a new addition to the team. They ghosted me after that, though. I never heard back, and they didn't reply to my "Thank You" email. It's strange because they emphasized professionalism. I didn't like that they didn't let me know my status. The whole process felt phony.

I had my first interview with the finance manager and the dealer principal. After that, I had to prepare an assignment. Then, I interviewed with the CEO's right-hand person. Finally, I interviewed with the CEO. I waited a bit, and then they sent me a letter of offer.
