From the moment I arrived at the gate, I could feel the professionalism of the brand; check-in was super fast and easy. The interview lasted about 60 minutes. The small talk at the beginning really helped ease the initial nerves. Then there was a brief round of introductions, a description of the role, and then the usual standard questions: tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 10 years, how can you help us, etc., plus some specific questions. The interview concluded with an opportunity for me to ask questions. Three Porsche employees from different departments, ages, and genders conducted the interview. Overall, it was very professional but definitely demanding. I found the atmosphere very pleasant and appreciative. A small tip: you should be well-informed about the brand/news!
