The whole thing is in English except for maybe 1 or 2 French questions during the HR chat. It started with a chat with HR, then a technical test, followed by a meeting with my direct manager and then with their boss.

First, a 30-minute HR call to introduce the company, the role, and talk about salary and benefits. Then, an online take-home test with technical challenges like SQL queries, coding, and math problems. This was followed by two 1-hour interviews: a technical one with the hiring manager and a data scientist from the team, and a discussion and motivation interview with the hiring manager.

The hiring process started with a recruiter call where they asked good questions and patiently answered mine. Then, there was a remote interview via Teams with the hiring manager, which went really well. They explained the role's justification, description, current challenges, and expectations. It was a professional and honest conversation. The next step was an onsite interview in Paris with the hiring manager's manager, which was also a standard interview focusing on how I handled past job challenges. Finally, I had an interview with the HRBP in French, covering my interest in Pernod and other typical HR questions. They extended an offer quickly after that. The whole process took just under 6 weeks from start to signing the offer. Overall, it was an efficient HR process.
