Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pernod Ricard.
Financial Analyst
Interview with HR, manager and head, respectful and not too complicated. They always do them in person, as they highly value coming to the office. Good communication at all times in case of doubts.
- What do you value in a boss?
Finance Analyst
Had a Teams interview with someone from their recruiting team. Then, an in-person interview with the hiring manager for the team. The whole process felt a bit drawn out. After the in-person interview, I didn't get any feedback, even after following up... I would have at least liked to know if the position was filled and why they didn't move forward with me... Candidate experience is easily ruined by ghosting candidates, and it's not professional at all.
- Questions focused on skills
- Questions focused on past experiences
- Some situational questions
Junior Finance Analyst
First, you get a call from HR. Then you have an interview with your potential boss and the HR person in charge. The whole process takes about 2 to 3 weeks. Everything is very quick, and the people helping you throughout are very nice and good professionals.
- Can you tell me why you applied for this role?
- What personal quality do you feel best represents you?
- What was the feedback you received from your previous employment?
