Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pernod Ricard.
Intern
The whole thing took about 2 months, starting with a 30min HR chat, then a 1v2 manager interview on-site for an hour. After that, I had a take-home case study. I sent a follow-up email a week after finishing the case study, but they never got back to me with any feedback or response. Super rude.
- Tell me about yourself and your interest in this role.
Intern
The conversation was great—light, relaxed, and super productive! Although I wasn't selected in the first stage, I was called again, which shows I left a good impression. I'm excited about the new chance and even more prepared to show my potential. Gratitude for the opportunity and for the inspiring chat!
- What motivates you daily? What are your biggest learnings?
Intern
It was a very strange experience: the HR person had forgotten about the interview, and THEN I had to answer the same questions again that were asked during the call. I didn't like the experience, the questions were generic and repetitive. The HR person isn't competent.
- Why did you choose this company and role?
