There were three steps: first an HR review, then two manager reviews. On top of that, there was a case study analyzing creative campaigns in the alcohol industry. It was pretty smooth overall, but I felt like the communication between HR and the hiring team wasn't great because they didn't describe the job function too accurately.

Had an initial email contact for a Marketing role, then a 3-week wait for the interview which was a 30 min phone call. The interview covered standard questions like strengths/weaknesses and long-term plans. It took another 3 weeks to get an answer or job offer. Overall it was a good experience, but it's a shame large companies don't always reply promptly.

It was a really long interview process. First, I had to fill out an application and make a 2-minute video. Then, there was a personality test. If I passed that, I was invited to a Round 1 Assessment Centre, which included a presentation I had to prepare beforehand, some group activities, language tests (if applicable), and a one-on-one interview. If I did well in that first Assessment Centre, I was then invited to a second Assessment Centre, which I found to be much less enjoyable than the first. This second one also had a presentation, more groupwork, and three individual interviews.
