Innovation Manager
I submitted my cv on the website and had an HR interview that was 30 minutes long, with very basic questions about my motivation and fit. Then I had a manager interview, also 30 minutes long. I got an offer the same day and accepted. The process was fast and smooth.
- What's your motivation for joining us?
- What's your knowledge of the industry?
Manager
The hiring process was unprofessional. I met with the HR Director in Milan. She hadn't reviewed my resume and asked questions randomly. The worst part was that she contacted my employer for references without telling me first. You can imagine my boss asking if I was looking for a new job and why. I called the HR manager right away for an explanation, and she claimed it's their process, which I doubt.
- Where do you live?
- Would you be open to relocating to Milan?
Management Trainee
The interview questions were unexpected and not aligned with the job description, which was disappointing. It would be better if the required experiences were clearly stated upfront. The overall interaction didn't feel very positive.
- Do you have prior experience managing budgets?
