So for the designer role, first you gotta send over your portfolio, then there's usually a design assignment they give you to do. After that, you'll have some technical interviews to check your skills, and also some behavioral interviews to see if you're a good fit culture-wise. They'll also want to chat about how you think about design and solve problems.

Had a few interviews over Microsoft Teams with the talent acquisition team, the department head and some team members, and HR. They planned and communicated well. Some questions were asked multiple times, so it's a good idea to research each person's job and what they've done before to answer well. The interviews were pretty relaxed and conversational, especially as they went on.
