My CV and cover letter were reviewed and I got a skype interview. Two application engineers asked me some questions about my career wishes to see how my personality and preferences would fit in the position offered. The interviewers tried to create a open and friendly environment even though formal etiquette rules were kept in place.

It was a 30-minute phone interview, not super formal, but it was the second interview I had. Started with basic questions, then moved to questions about my work ethic and character. Finished by asking if I had any questions for them, which I did, about 7.
