I had a phone chat with a recruiter. She talked about the company, the kinds of products they make, and the job details. I thought the description she gave didn't quite match what was on the website. She also gave me some advice on how to do well in the interview.

I went through 3 phone screening rounds: first a recruiter, then the engineering manager, and then one of his engineers. The next step was supposed to be an in-person interview, but they ended up choosing someone else for the position. It was a pretty standard process, though I guess they had tons of applicants, which is why there were so many rounds. The engineering manager mentioned he wasn't a fan of aptitude tests, preferring to gauge a candidate's abilities through conversation alone.
