I went through multiple phone interviews with different people at the company. The job posting initially listed several cities, but the location changed during the interview process. I spoke with the recruiter, a region manager, and a sales manager, and was told I'd get to interview with the hiring manager next. Surprisingly, I then received an email saying I was no longer being considered. This happened to me before with this company for a different role where the location also kept changing during interviews. This company seems very disorganized and unsure of what they're looking for when they post jobs. I'd expect a lengthy hiring process and might be unhappy if they eventually offered me a position.

I talked to HR on the phone first, then had calls with two different sales people. Both of them asked me that same 'where do you see yourself in 5 years?' question. About three weeks later, I had an in-person interview. The first thing they asked was that same 'where do you see yourself in 5 years?' question again. It was pretty weird, felt like they forgot our earlier chats. The two people I met were unimpressive. One was a young guy with a huge ego who tried to question the accuracy of my resume dates, which I found annoying. The other interviewer had no personality at all.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process typically involves 2 to 3 conversations with various company employees. They want to know about your background and skill level in Sales, and how much time you've spent in the field. They're not really looking for people without experience because it takes too much time to train them.
