So the whole thing started with like an HR call, just to see if I was a fit and what I was looking for. After that, I had a technical interview where we dove deep into .NET and backend stuff, covering technical questions and some problem-solving. The last step was meeting with the hiring manager to chat about the job, how the team works, and the company vibe. It was pretty smooth sailing, and they kept me in the loop the whole time.

I went through about 3-4 interview rounds. It started with a recruiter screen, then I had a 1:1 with the hiring manager. After that, I had a technical/logical reasoning round with the VP. The last part was an in-person HR round where I met the hiring manager, VP, and SVP. It was a good experience. The interviews were well thought out and interesting. The questions were different from normal interviews, focusing on how I think instead of memorized answers. The recruiter was really helpful and told me how to get ready for each part, making it easy and clear.

Behavioral Case

It was a 3-step interview process. I was very impressed with every interaction. The vibe and professionalism were great. Two interviews went over time, but it was productive for both of us to see if we're a good fit. I was able to explain my thought process, felt heard, and got my questions answered. The process took a bit longer than they said, but it's understandable with coordinating multiple people. The team seemed genuinely happy to be there, which really impressed me.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started with an initial screening call with the talent team. Then, there was a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was given a task to prepare and present to an SVP and the hiring manager. The task was straightforward, requiring me to detail past projects and successes rather than creating new work. I decided to withdraw from the process after the third stage because I waited three weeks for an update, during which they interviewed other candidates with long gaps between them. Also, the SVP who was supposed to be on the presentation call wasn't there and didn't seem to be listening based on their questions. My advice to the team is to try and schedule interviews closer together to avoid long waiting periods without any communication.

  • Could you describe how you achieved positive outcomes in your prior positions?
