It started with a phone call, likely to check my phone communication skills. Then I had an in-office interview, which felt pretty casual. The interviewer didn't share much about the company or benefits, even when I asked. They asked if I'd take a lower starting salary, and I said yes, though I later regretted not sticking to my initial salary expectation.

Behavioral Technical

I got a surprise phone call from a company rep who wanted to set up a phone interview. But instead of scheduling, she just started asking me questions in English to check my language skills. A 10-minute chat on the phone isn't really enough to judge someone's knowledge, even for a first look.
