It was a 5 stage interview process. No tests or technical tasks were involved. I met with different members of the team, from line workers to senior leadership. No presentations either. It was all behavioral questions. The last interview was very stressful with intense questions.

We started with a written test, then had 2 technical rounds. After that, there was a manager round that was packed with technical questions. Lastly, I met with the CEO to talk about how they run things, their standards, and their company culture and domain.

This role had 3 rounds in total: 2 techno-managerial and 1 HR. It began with an initial phone screening. The 1st round was with the PMO Head from the UK, who provided a brief overview of the business and the role. The 2nd round was with the Indian Counterpart, similar to the 1st round but with detailed questioning about knowledge and past experience. The 3rd round was with the Head HR.
