First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Paysafe.
Manager
I applied for the role and then heard back from a recruiter who asked for my availability. After providing my times, I was asked to reapply, which mostly involved answering the same questions again. I did this and once again had to provide my availability. The interview was via video, with no introductions and no chance to ask questions at the end. I was asked if I was okay with doing 'lackey work' like monitoring mailboxes, which I found offensive and strange, though I am willing to help out. I was told I'd hear about next steps, including a potential second interview, by the end of the week. After not hearing back, I followed up twice and was ghosted. While I understand I might not have been suitable, an email would have been appreciated. The lack of consideration for applicants was evident throughout the process. I've since found a new job and won't be applying to Paysafe again.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
Relationship Manager
I had a first phone interview. It was in English and included the main standard questions. Overall the conversation was around 15 min and very pleasant. In the end, I was invited for a second interview in person.
- What makes you want this job?
- What is prompting you to look for a new role?
Senior Manager
I had an initial phone screen with HR, followed by two in-person interviews with the hiring manager and some colleagues. The process was smooth and informative, helping me to understand Paysafe better as a potential employer.
