Sometimes, a group interview might happen first, especially if they're hiring for a few spots. They'll usually ask about your availability, your experience with customers and working with others, why you're keen on working at Panera, how you deal with hectic moments or customer complaints, and what you like best about the job. The general feel is relaxed, like a conversation, focusing more on your personality and if you'd fit in rather than on specific job skills.

It was pretty straightforward. I don't think there were any trick questions for a fast food interview. I think there were just 2 interviews. It was about right for both you and the company to vet each other at this level of role.

I applied and then totally forgot about it until they offered me an interview.
