The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked about my availability and my customer service skills. I also had to share an example of when I dealt with a rude customer and explain how I managed the situation. They also asked if I was flexible with my shifts.

The interview process was pretty chill and straightforward. They asked barely any questions, and it wasn't awkward at all. They seem to understand having a flexible schedule, and it seems like all the coworkers are on the same page and pick up shifts for each other. They were also transparent about what they needed.

The manager conducted a standard interview. They were friendly and accommodating regarding my availability. We discussed my strengths and past roles in customer service. The manager had to step out briefly a couple of times due to the store being busy during my interview.
