I applied online for the Production Associate role at a Panera Bread location that advertised "Immediate Need". About a day later, I got a call and was asked to meet the General Manager at the store I wanted to work at. We had a brief interview, lasting about 15 minutes, where they asked general questions. I was hired right then and there and finished the hiring paperwork the same day. All the hiring steps were finished within two days, and I began my training the following week.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online, got a call the next day to come in for an interview, the manager was nice and it was only 10 minutes. Then I had to come in 2 days later for another interview with a different manager, he asked the same questions. I came back the next day for an interview with the general manager. She asked some of the same questions and then talked about the job, saying I would start as a cashier and then move to production. She called me back the next day to tell me I got the job. This was my first interview ever and I got the job, I'm 16.

They started with a group interview where we had to memorize and then explain a menu item. Then I had an interview with a mid-level manager. They were supposed to wait for a higher manager to arrive, but that manager never showed up. The third interview was with a new manager and then there was some technicality involved. I got the job offer that same day.
