The interview process included questions about my long-term aspirations, a general introduction, my leadership capabilities, my motivation for this role, and my ability to manage pressure. Additionally, they asked why I wanted to join the company.
- What is your reason for wanting to work at this company?

The interview process was really chill and I got hired right away. They're cool with your hours if you need flexibility, but there's no official PTO, though it's pretty easy to just take time off. Everyone was super friendly during the interview.

Team Lead
The interview was good and easy. They asked a lot of questions. I was informed the next day if I got hired. The managers were professional and put-together. It was a good place for a first interview.
