The interviews themselves are fine and the people are nice, but the process takes forever. I applied in late September and had two interviews in October, two weeks apart. I was rejected on Halloween. I had to schedule the interviews myself and they forgot that they had already interviewed me.

I waited for a manager while they got me a drink, and then I interviewed at a table in the main area. The manager was nice to talk to. Even though they didn't have any open positions, they said they'd contact me if someone left for college. It was a bit annoying that they had a listing for a job that was already filled, but I did appreciate their honesty.
