Technical Case Behavioral Presentation

It was a structured interview process with several stages. It started with a recruiter screening, then moved to assessing skills and experience. After that, there were technical or case interviews, followed by discussions with stakeholders or a panel. The final stage focused on assessing fit, impact, and decision-making abilities.

The interview process was pretty standard for sales roles. I talked with the Regional Sales Manager and the Local Sales Manager. They asked typical sales interview questions, like about a difficult sales situation I faced and how I handled it.

I was Lucky to get an "on the spot" interview, I just walked in and asked if they were hiring. They directed me to the store manager. They were both friendly and professional. They asked questions about my past retail experience. You can choose where you like to work in the store, and you start off part-time. I'm being cross-trained to maximize my potential to move up in positions and get full-time. Part-time learning curve is 1 year, full-time is 6 months. Full-time employees get a lot of benefits, part-time employees don't get a lot.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about your previous retail experience?
