The SM contacted me to set up the first interview. I thought it was well done and the questions were pretty basic. About a week later, I got another call for an interview with a second person, but it got canceled because they couldn't make it. They rescheduled me with the ASM instead, and that interview also went well with basic questions. The ASM mentioned that another store employee was also up for the same job. A few days after that, I was asked to come in for a required drug test. Once that came back clear, I was offered the position.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The SM asked a weirdly worded question about ethics.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got a call for some basic screening questions about my retail experience. Then I went in for an interview, which was pretty standard. They asked behavioral questions like 'Tell us of a time you've had a difficult customer' and 'tell us of a time you've need to meet a goal.' I went back for a second interview with the assistant manager where they asked similar questions, plus some about my experience with planograms and my warehouse experience.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Can you share an instance of dealing with a challenging customer?
  • Describe a situation where you had to achieve a specific goal.
  • Can you tell me about your experience with planograms?

Behavioral Technical Other

For Sales Specialist, I applied on the website and took an assessment test. After passing, there was a 1 on 1 interview, and if they liked me, I got an offer. For Operations Supervisor, I interviewed with the District Manager and another Manager. If selected, I received another offer letter.
