It was calm and explanatory. Discussed commission, salary, meal vouchers, transportation vouchers. Good management. Health insurance, day off, gympass. You can choose between meal or food vouchers. Whether you prefer to receive your salary all at once or on the 5th/20th.

The interviewer was late and didn't apologize. They didn't provide any information about the role or the company. They only asked about my experiences but seemed uninterested in my answers, like they were just going through the motions. At the end, when I offered to email some information they had requested, they said it wasn't necessary, implying I wouldn't move on to the next stages.

Software Engineer
I applied and about a month later, a recruiter contacted me to arrange a screening interview. After passing that, two technical rounds were set up. The first interviewer was great, asking technical questions and providing helpful hints while clearly knowing what they were looking for. However, one of the interviewers in the technical rounds seemed uninterested, with background noise and general quietness during the session. I followed up for an update, but they mentioned they were still interviewing candidates. About two months post-interview, I received a rejection.

Brand Manager
I found the interview experience very negative. The recruiter was super reactive and arrogant from the start. There was no explanation about the position, as if an initial interview was just a one-sided validation by the company. Moreover, the arrogance was even more evident when we talked about salary expectations, when I mentioned my minimum fixed and annual expectation, the recruiter interrupted me saying 'don't even bother talking about the annual, we don't cover that kind of thing... there are plenty of people from big tech wanting to come here but we don't cover RSUs and stocks'. Okay... so why do you call these people for interviews if you don't intend to have a salary policy that makes sense for them? Anyway, I felt it was a waste of time. And I also felt that it must be complex for the company's teams to hire good professionals if the first approach can already eliminate competent candidates due to lack of tact.
