The pre-interview part felt a bit rushed, like scheduling flights and the day of the onsite. I interviewed with three different groups of engineers. Two interviews were technical, and one was behavioral. I also met the director of engineering. The whole thing took the entire day. It wasn't the most technical interview I've had, and I wish I'd gotten more insight into the daily tasks.

I spoke with a recruiter from MOT at a job fair in 2007. They set up an on-site interview for me. The on-site involved four separate interviews. One was with HR, and the other three were with Senior Engineers. The technical parts were tough but reasonable. I managed to answer most of what they asked.
