Marketing Project Manager
Applied on Linkedin. Got contacted by the hiring manager, who seemed to be with Lenovo, though I assume they're all under the same umbrella. First zoom call with him went fine. Second zoom call with their head of marketing operations also went fine. After that, despite me following up multiple times, I never got a response. Totally ghosted. It would've been nice to at least get a response after I wasted my time.
- If you were tasked with creating a weekly marketing report, what key elements would you include in it?
Project Manager
It was a fair process, though it took about 8 weeks which felt long. The interviews were tough but fair. I met with HR, an engineering manager, a project manager, the engineering director, and the engineering VP. It was one full day of interviews initially, and then they asked me to come back for another round.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Engineering Project Manager
I had a phone call with the recruiter, then a 30-min call with the hiring manager. After that, I went in for a face-to-face interview. I met with 8 people and it lasted 5 hours. They asked both technical and non-technical questions. I think I did well overall but didn't get an offer.
- Tell me about a time you saved a project from being cancelled.
