I had an initial phone call with the hiring manager. Then, I went in for an on-site interview which consisted of 3 separate interviews with the hiring manager, her director, and an associate. The interviews were pretty laid back and they didn't ask any deep technical questions. It was also helpful that I had worked at Motorola Mobility previously at the same facility. However, the hiring manager and her director seemed pretty hostile. I left feeling like I wouldn't get an offer and I wouldn't accept one anyway.
