First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Molson Coors Beverage Company.
Financial Analyst
My interview process started with a quick, somewhat messy phone call from a recruiter. After that, I had a panel interview with four managers, each hiring for their own teams. This second interview was really well put together and I felt like it went great. I'm expecting to hear about an offer sometime next week. Overall, I had a really positive impression of Molson Coors.
- Can you share an instance, perhaps one you haven't previously discussed, where you demonstrated personal accountability?
HR Intern
It was mostly behavioral with a lot of follow-up questions. About 5 behavioral questions, the "Tell me about a time" type. They also asked why I wanted this role and this company, and it was good that I had researched the company and its values and could restate them.
- Can you share an experience where you faced and overcame a difficulty?
- What motivates your interest in this specific position?
- What about our company appeals to you?
Sales Representative
I had a first round with a recruiter, then a second round panel interview. The experience was pretty bad, honestly. It felt like they weren't engaged. One person was in a noisy hotel lobby which was distracting, and another was 15 minutes late so we started without them. Getting any info after was also bad. They said I'd get a call but I just got a generic rejection email from an inbox that doesn't get replies. Because they weren't professional and didn't respect my time, I won't apply there again.
- Can you describe a situation where you encountered rejection?
Quality Analyst
It was pretty straightforward, mainly asking about testing beverages and following SOPS. It kicked off with introductions, then we talked about why you're keen on the job and why Coors specifically. After that, we dove into lab experience, testing experience, and some hypothetical 'what if' scenarios.
- Can you tell me about your experience testing beverages in a lab?
- What's your background with following SOPs?
- What interests you about this role?
