Two rounds of interviews happened over a few weeks. It was a pretty relaxed process, and I liked talking to everyone. It started with a phone screen and then I met with people.

I've interviewed with Molson Coors twice now. Both times, applied online, got an email from a recruiter, and then proceeded. The first time around, the recruiter called to set up a phone screen. Less than two days later, I did the screen, and the recruiter told me they'd already offered the job to someone else. It was a bummer to get into a process that was basically done. I had spent time getting ready and looking into the company. The second time, I was able to skip the first phone screen and went straight to a 1-hour Zoom with the hiring manager and other people involved. The people invited weren't exactly the ones who showed up, though. They asked a ton of 'tell me a time when...' questions and seemed to be multitasking, typing messages and doing other things during the interview. I finished the call feeling like they already had their person. I never heard back after sending thank-you notes. No one got back to me for about 2.5 weeks. I contacted the recruiter after that time. Then, I got an automated rejection email five days later. Nothing else. It's a tough job market out there. Their lack of care and professionalism was disappointing, and it happened twice.

The interview process was straightforward. First, I had a call with the recruiter who was very keen to get me in front of the team. The next interview was a one-hour meeting with three brand managers. This second round was tough. They didn't ask about me or my background, they just started asking scenario questions. It felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. I heard I would hear about next steps, but I never did, not even an email or call to say I didn't get the job. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times with no response.
