The whole interview process was online, conducted via Skype. I unexpectedly received a call in the middle of the night for a Skype interview, and I wasn't ready for it since I had no heads-up. My experience was pretty mystical; I couldn't even tell if I was talking to a person or an algorithm.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I basically just got a call in the middle of the night randomly to participate in a skype interview, which I was not prepared for because I didn't have any warning. If I had to describe my experience in one word in would be Mystical. Didn't know if my interviewer was a person or an algorithm

I applied online, then had 3 telephone interviews and then a one on one interview. All HR type questions like greatest weakness and strengths, and why do you want to work here. After I gave them 4 interviews in total they did not even call or email me to let me know what their decision was and I did not even bother to call them and ask. Very unprofessional.

Behavioral Presentation

I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone before going in for an onsite interview. A recruiter from MillerCoors also reached out. They want responses formatted using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). I interviewed with several panels, each having two to three people. The entire interview process lasted about half a day.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Describe a situation where you had to gain agreement from your colleagues on a company project.
