My interview process started with a quick, somewhat messy phone call from a recruiter. After that, I had a panel interview with four managers, each hiring for their own teams. This second interview was really well put together and I felt like it went great. I'm expecting to hear about an offer sometime next week. Overall, I had a really positive impression of Molson Coors.

HR reached out for a phone interview and mentioned they would call after 10am. I waited by the phone for an hour before they called. HR said they would give me an update by early the next week about a potential face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. However, I didn't hear back from HR for two months. When I finally met with the hiring manager and an associate, they explained that Molson was under a hiring freeze, which caused the delay in communication. The hiring manager indicated I should expect to hear back by the end of that week. I have not received any further communication from Molson. I felt that HR's communication throughout the interview process was quite poor.

It was a tough interview, very thorough and focused on personality. We talked a lot about my past experience. They also gave me a packet with many work situation questions. They seem to really care about personality and being a team player.
